I thought since I was trying some new Lush bath bombs, that I would film what they looked like and made a wee demo video for them!
The three bath bombs I used were Frozen, The Experimenter And Intergalactic! And to my surprise all three were sparkly, glitter bath bombs, which was amazing!!

I thought I would share with you all some products that I have been using to clear up my skin.
About a month ago my skin got really bad, so bad my make-up could barely cover it up. I have always been prone to spots and problem skin and it has been something I have tried everything to get rid of!
-Cleanser and toner
-Facial Cleasning pads
-Blended tea tree oil
-Deep cleansing nose strips
The first item I started using was the facial cleansing pads and after just a couple of uses I noticed the difference in my skin. Not only did I notice fewer spots, but the overall appearance of my skin looked so much better!

It says on the back of most of these products to integrate them with your skincare routine and to use them about twice a week.
These products are all from Superdrug own brand range and are super inexpensive, especially when they are on offer! I purchased them when they were all on offer, but I would say what you wouldn't even need all of the product in the range just even one product i found worked for me!
After having a little clear out of my products, I realised that I have been using these four products none stop since I purchased each of them!
Also as we are still in the summer months, I thought it would be useful to share some products that i have found great to use in these slightly warmer summer months!
1. Garnier Moisture match Hydrating gel - £3.99 (Purchased at £1.00!) I mentioned this product in a video I did on my channel showing my July favourites. This was actually recommended to me from a friend, and I am so very glad she did! I love the fact that this moisturiser is very refreshing and i find it absorbs very quickly as-well! 2. Nivea Moisturising day cream - £5.35 This product is one I have talked about many times on this blog and my channel, but it is just so good! As-well this little pot lasts such a long time, which is a great thing as I use it every day!
3. Nivea Soft moisturising cream - £1.20 Another great Nivea product and this one has a couple of different uses, as it can be used on the body. This is only a small tub of this product as I got it in a small Nivea gift set. I do like this product as a body moisturiser, however I actually referred to use it on my face. 4. Astral face and body moisturiser - £1.89 This product is a slightly newer product for me, I actually received a smaller tub of this cream in a glossybox. I have to admit I wasn't that fussed on this product, but the results on my skin was rather quite impressive! After I purchased this bigger tub, which is as you can see a pink limited edition one for superdrug!
I recently uploaded a monthly favourites video up on my youtube channel. Included in my monthly favourites video are some make-up items, skincare and some other product I have been loving!
Is anyone else shocked that it is August already!!
Todays post is a sneak peek at what I received in the July Glossybox! And I have to say that this one is a good one! This months box was a French designed box and the products were all skincare themed.
The first item I saw when I opened the box was this cute little Glossybox Travel bag. The bag is a plastic, see-through zip bag which would be super cute to use as a travel bag or just a make-up bag!
- Noxidoxi Enhancing Serum Base
This item is very interesting, it is a serum base which hydrates and moisturises. It is also to be sed underneath a moisturiser, which I can't wait to try and see if it makes a difference to my somtimes dry skin.
-Lollipops Lip Balm Delicieuse
This lip balm smells amazing! The packaging is super cute too with little drawings of sweets and cupcakes on it and the fact that it literally smells like cupcake icing, is even more better!
-Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Cream
This is a 15ml pot of the Vichy Hydration Cream and I am super exciting to receive it! I have tried a few Vichy products, but I have never actually invested in this skincare range, even though I have heard really amazing things about their moisturisers! I can't wait to give this one a try!
-Teoxane Perfect Skin Refiner
I have never heard of this company or product before this Glossybox, however I am super interested in this product. It is a night skin renewal cream which contains Resilient Hyaluronic acid and it does state that your skin may feel tingly at fist once the product is applied. Actually I take back what I said before about being interested about this product...now I am just a little scared!! lol
That is everything I received in this months Glossybox..I told you it was a good one! I really enjoy it when Glossybox come out with their limited edition themed boxes, it really does make it all that more excited when receiving them and opening them!
Today I thought I would share with you all my go-to make-up look! This look can be used for everyday or with added dark eyeshadow, it would make a perfect going out look!
I know many people don't typically wear red lipstick for an everyday look, but I normally do! However everyone is different, just wear what you are comfortable with!

Today I thought I would share with you all a video I did on my youtube channel on what I received in my Graze sharing box! I have really been enjoying the sharing snack boxes from Graze, as all the snacks come in big, resealable bags!
Today I thought I would share with you all, some items which I recently picked up in Primark! On this occasion in primark they actually some really great summer items, which really put me in the mood to go on holiday!
Straw hat -£3.00!
Despicable Me movie t-shirt -£6.00
Little mermaid shorts- £4.00
Disney Sleeping beauty flip-flops- £2.00
As you can tell from the photo, my inner child came out and forced me to purchase so many Disney and movie related items! However I was suer happy with all my purchases and I also bought some other cute things, which are featured in my newest Youtube video!
Has anyone else picked any good buys at Primark recently?
This is one product I have been using and loving for the past couple of weeks now! I believe this is the first Micellar water I have tried, as I just normally use cleanser and toners. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about this product and it cleansing powers, but I was very wrong!
Not only does this product remove make-up...but it REMOVES ALL make-up! Even when I think I have removed my make-up using wipes and washing my face, this product removes make-up I didn't know was even there!
I do have problematic skin, but I didn't have any problems using this product as it does say it can be used on sensitive skin. There is also another Garnier Miscellar water which is for combination to oily skin, which I might try aswell! After using this product my skin feels deeply cleaned and fresh and now using this product is part of my daily routine.
I recently had an urge to buy and try some Lush products that I have heard a lot about, but have never tried! So as you can see below the first three items I purchased are all in tubs, two of which are face products. I typical don't purchase items like this from lush I normally stick to bath bombs and soap, but I thought it would be fun to try something new!
Mask of magnaminty- £5.50
The Mask of Magnaminty is a face and body mask which smell like mint chocolate ice-cream! I can't wait to try this one out and stop myself from attempting to eat it! I really love using face masks and I have no idea why I haven't tried any of the Lush masks before now!
D'fluff shaving soap- £5.75
I had never heard of this product before, but I saw someone talking about it in a youtube video and I thought I would give it a go! It doesn't smell as sweet and strong as I would have imagined, but I will save judgement until after I have tried and tested out this product!
Aqua marina cleanser- £6.75
This is a facial cleanser and is supposed to be used to sooth and
help problematic skin. I still haven't decided whether or not I like the smell of this one. It does contain seaweed and aloe vera, so it does have a strong *sea* scent to it, but if it calms down my skin when I'm having problems... I really won't care about the smell!
Fizzbanger bathbomb- £3.35
This one I have had before in a Christmas giftbox. I really liked this one as it comes with a few surprises inside and slightly scared me last time when I popped it into the bath!
Rose Queen bath bomb- £2.75
This one is new to me...ahhh...can't wait to try this one, it smells amazing! A very strong rose, floral scent and ofcourse it is pink! What more can you want from a lush bath bomb!
Dragon's Egg- £3.35
I have been wanting this one for a while now, even the name has excited me! It has a fresh citrus scent to it (which I love) and I am expecting an interesting colour show judging from the photos I have seen!
After having a clear out of my nail polish bag, I came across a couple of items which I use quite frequently and thought I would share my favourites.
1. Models own nail file 4 in 1
I received this nail file in a set with an Impulse body spray and a models own nail polish. I have a number of nail files lying around the place, but finding this little gem was amazing, as I use the smoother and buffer all the time.
2. Boots No7 Protect And perfect hand cream
This items was also received in gift set at Christmas along with two gorgeous glitter nail polishes. With my addiction to buying beauty related products, this item was over-looked and I only found it about a month ago while digging through my nail-polish collection!
3. Rimmel nail rescue treatment
This product is a real-hero product in my books, as I have very weak brittle nails at times. However this 14 day nail hardening treatment really helped the strength of my nails and after using this products I noticed less breakage in my nails.
4. Superdrug Nail polish remover
I made the switch to this liquid nail polish remover a back, after getting tired of running out of the remover pads super fast! As I wear glitter nail polish (and wonder WHY THE HECK do I wear it when it can't get it off my nails) I need something good to remove them off my nails and this product does the job!
5. Nivea pure and natural hand cream
I have been using this cream for quite a long time now, I actually have one tube beside my table and the other in my nail polish bag. I only use a little of this hand cream as it can be a very rich cream, but I certainly have notice the difference in the condition of my hands, including the dry skin around my nails.
I thought I would do a quick little post about a video I just filmed for my youtube channel! Featuring some of the product I have used up in the last couple of weeks and a few favourites thrown in there as well!
Don't forget to subscribe to my youtube channel aswell for updates and new videos every week!
I thought today I would share one of my recent purchases, this lovely Karl Lagerfeld perfume. I picked up the 45ml bottle from Superdrug for just £15 instead of the RRP which is £46! A great saving if I do say so myself! The Fragrance is a floral scent with notes of Magnolia and Rose. However in my opinion this perfume is a lighter floral fragrance compared to some other perfumes.
This fragrance is something that I would wear (or at least try to keep) for a special occasion or a night out! In my opinion this fragrance reminds me of the Eternity fragrances in that they are both rich, sophisticated perfumes. For someone like me who loves collecting interesting and pretty bottles of perfume, the design of this bottle is quite plain, simple and I wasn't very attracted to it. However it was the gorgeous floral scent of this perfume which completely attracted me to it.
Part of me wants to possibly purchase another bottle of this fragrance or perhaps a slightly bigger bottle, as I can see myself using this bottle very quickly indeed!
Todays post is going to be a monthly favourites post of some of the products I have been loving recently. The first two items are two different tins of Batiste dry shampoo, the Oriental and the limited edition scent Eden. Both of the scent are lovely, however my favourite out of the two is the Oriental scent which I normally purchase instead of the original ones.
Nivea Express Hydration Body Lotion- Nivea is one of my favourite skincare brands, as with some other brands my skin has not taken well to them. However with Nivea my skin always feel softer and hydrated, no mater what particular product I use! This lotion doesn't take long at all to absorb into my skin, but you also can feel the benefits of using it on your skin after!
Rimmel Accelerator mascara- I don't normally rant and rave about mascaras as I don't usually find any that I think are worth the time and effort, but this one has changed my thinking. This is the Rimmel Lash Accelerator, which is contains a Grow lash formula and fibres. I have quite short, fair eyelashes which is why I normally wear false eyelashes so much. However I have worn this mascara on a number of occasions without falseys on and I was very impressed! Usually all that happens with other mascaras is once my lashes are coated they are now a black colour and that is all. But with this mascara I saw a different in the length of my lashes which quite happily surprised me!
Revolution Anti-bacterial brush shampoo- When purchasing some of the Make-up Revolution eyeshadow palettes a couple of months ago, I also thought I would try out their own Anti-bacterial brush shampoo! I haven't tried many brush cleaners before, but as my make-up brush collection is vastly expanding I thought it would be good to find something to keep them all clean. I find this stuff is brilliant and remove even the toughest concealers off my brushes. I just wish that the bottle could come in a bigger form as I seem to be going through this one very fast!
Vaseline Spray and Go Body moisturiser- I picked up this Vaseline spray moisturiser not that long ago, but I have been sing it non-stop! I really hate when moisturisers don't absorb into the skin quickly and you get that icky feeling when your clothes are stuck to you! But this spray stuff is amazing! And I have a feeling this product would be even better to use in the summer months, or even if you were taking a trip somewhere!
Yesterday I received the May Glossybox Summer's calling edition box, so I thought I would share with you all what I received. I really liked this months box as I received a couple of brands which i have never heard of before and some that I had! I also really liked the fact the items have a summer theme to them, fingers crossed this box will bring some better weather with it!
1. Etre belle Aloe vera ultra Moisturising gel
2. MeMeMe Enchanted eyes duel ended eyes wand
3. Zerreau towel off shampoo foam
4. SASS Intimate perfect skin concentrate
5. Collection Field day lipstick
I think my favourite two items from this months box was the collection lipstick and the tube of the aloe-vera moisturising gel. This is because both of these items are the ones that I am more likely to use from this box. However I am going to enjoy trying and testing out the other items I received.
Today I have some very exciting items which I picked up in Superdrug yesterday! These gorgeous items are part of the 100 years celebration of Maybelline New York and I fell in love with the packaging of these items straight away! All of the items are not new items, but are instead are items that maybelline have classed as 'hero products', and have packaged in this lovely American design.
Matte Maker powder £3.99
The Colossal Volum' Express mascara £7.19
547 Pleasure me red lipstick £6.99
365 Plum passion lipstick £6.99
To be honest I haven't tried the matte maker or the colossal mascara before, or any Maybelline mascara in-fact! However I have used the Coloursensational lipsticks before and they are brilliant, so it was really easy making the decision to purchase these items! I can't wait to try the matte maker and the mascara!
What do you think of the Maybelline 100yrs celebration design?
