Karl Lagerfeld Perfume Review

Hello everyone!

I thought today I would share one of my recent purchases, this lovely Karl Lagerfeld perfume. I picked up the 45ml bottle from Superdrug for just £15 instead of the RRP which is £46! A great saving if I do say so myself!

The Fragrance is a floral scent with notes of Magnolia and Rose. However in my opinion this perfume is a lighter floral fragrance compared to some other perfumes.

This fragrance is something that I would wear (or at least try to keep) for a special occasion or a night out! In my opinion this fragrance reminds me of the Eternity fragrances in that they are both rich, sophisticated perfumes.

For someone like me who loves collecting interesting and pretty bottles of perfume, the design of this bottle is quite plain, simple and I wasn't very attracted to it. However it was the gorgeous floral scent of this perfume which completely attracted me to it.

Part of me wants to possibly purchase another bottle of this fragrance or perhaps a slightly bigger bottle, as I can see myself using this bottle very quickly indeed!

Have you tried the Karl Lagerfeld fragrance?

Review: Revolution Make-up Sugar and Spice Blush Palette

Hello everyone!

Today I would like to share with you all a review and swatches of one of the revolution blush palettes I bought for just £6!! I recently bought quite a few items from Superdrug and the Revolution make-up range. The other items I picked up were eyeshadow palettes, which I have been super impressed with already!

This is the first time I have ever tried a Blush palette, as I normally purchase single blush pots. Having this palette with 8 highly pigmented blushers is super exciting! I think the excitement comes from the fact that there is a lot more choice involved with a palette and that is why a normally prefer to also buy eyeshadow palettes rather than single shadows.

Below is a close-up photo of the blushers themselves and a photo of the blushers swatched as they are in order in the palette.

Each shade is very highly pigmented and it doesn't take a lot of product to become visible when applying to to the skin. I would say that only two of the shades would be what I call natural blushers, because most of the others are quite strong colours.

I have to say that overall I am super happy with this Revolution blush palette and I can't wait to try out some of the other blush palettes!

Have you try any of the Revolution palettes yet?

Review:// Zoella Fizz Bar

 Hello everyone!

I purchased this Fizz Bar by Zoella from Superdrug a few weeks ago when they cam out in the shops. But I have only now got round to actually using it! I saw quite a lot of hype and talk surrounding the launch of the Zoella
products, so I decided to try it for myself.

The scent of the Fizz bar is very light, fresh and what I would describe as a clean scent. However my only negative point about the fizz bar was that once added into the bath I found it hard to smell the scent with the bath water. That is my only (very small) negative about this bar, as I really love everything else bout it!

The packaging in my opinion is gorgeous and very sophisticated in regards to the colours and design of the wrapper. The bar itself is very cute, engraved with a 'Z' in each cube.

So that is it for this quick little review of just one of the cute Zoella products, available here for anyone that is interested! I am actually intrigued to try out the  bath cream and body lotion aswell!

Have you tried any of the Zoella products yet???
