Lush Demo Video: Frozen, The Experimenter And Intergalactic Bathbombs

Hello everyone!

I thought since I was trying some new Lush bath bombs, that I would film what they looked like and made a wee demo video for them!

The three bath bombs I used were Frozen, The Experimenter And Intergalactic! And to my surprise all three were sparkly, glitter bath bombs, which was amazing!!

Limited Edition: Lush Pot O' Gold Review!

Hello everyone!

Today I thought I would share with you all this little treat I picked up in Lush a while ago. At first I wasn't that all impressed with the scent of this one, I was imaging something a lot different than what it is.

However once I used the jelly in the shower I found I liked the scent much better! I actually been using this non-stop in the shower since I bought it. The pot which I got was the 100g, which I think is the only option for this shower jelly. Just like the other shower jellies are priced, this pot is just £3.50 which in my opinion totally worth the money.

The jelly itself has a gold shimmery look with flakes of gold glitter inside. The glitter isn't that noticeable when used directly onto your skin with water, but some of the glitter does come off even when just touching the jelly.

I have before used one of the shower jellies, which I friend kindly bought me for my birthday. I believe it was the Whoosh jelly, which had a gorgeous sweet smell. It actually saddens me that this is a limited edition shower jelly as it has really grown on me and I would most likely purchase it again.

Have you been lucky enough to try the lush Pot o' Gold??

Lush Haul...

On my recent trip to Lush, I picked up two of my favourite bath bombs: Space Girl and Think Pink and I also thought I would try something new with the Sakura bath bomb.

This Bath bomb is apparently inspired by the Japanese Cherry Blossoms and smells AMAZING! The fruity and floral scent is mouth-wateringly delicious and I can't wait to try this one!
£3.25

I love the shape and look of this bath bomb, also the name! The red dust on top of the space bath bomb have lovely little hints of glitter.
£2.35

I have tried this 'think pink' bath bomb many times and it is one of my all time favourites. The little flowers are so pretty and once popped into the bath, it not only gives off a lovely scent, but it turns the water a gorgeous redish/pink colour.
 £2.50

Lush 'Whoosh' Shower Jelly Review...

I actually received this a while ago as a gift from one of my lovely friends. Before receiving this product, I haven't before tried any of the Lush shower Jellies, although each time I have been in the shop I have been very interested as they look so cool!

This the Whoosh Shower jelly and it is made with Lemon, Lime and Rosemary. The scent is very fresh and defiantly has a strong citrus scent to it.
The jelly itself is just as you would expect, it being called a shower jelly and all. I was quite pleasantly surprised at how well the shower jelly lathered up too!

I really love the little description on the front of the tub, "Whoosh was named after the sound of deadline whizzing by. Useful for renewed focus when tired, jet lagged or revising for exams." I just thought this description of this shower jelly was so funny and very true as the scent is so very refreshing.

The 100g pot of this is £3.50 and the 240g is £6.95. And there is also a Sweetie Pie Cherry scent, which I really want to try!

Have you tried any of the Lush Shower Jellies??

Lush Love Locket...

"You have to unlock (crack open) this Love Locket bath bomb to reveal the secrets hidden within." (Lush Website)

I was a very happy girl yesterday when my lovely wee mummy purchased this Lush Love Locket bath bomb when we popped into Lush Belfast yesterday! I have seen some bloggers posting photos of this little beauty and I wanted it immediately. I think the price, £6.95, was putting a lot of people off, as it is the dearest in the shop!

I just love the look of this bath bomb and the sweet scent was gorgeous. This bath bomb is designed to be cracked open just like a heart locket necklace! Inside the heart was a small little heart filled with little red confetti hearts, which was a lovely touch!

The price I think is a little not over the top, but because of the lovely scent and the effect the bath bomb had on the water, I would possible consider purchasing this item again. However if the price was a little lower, I wouldn't even have to think about buying another one!

Have you tried the Lush Love locket yet??

Lush Ocean Salt Facial Scrub Review...

Before purchasing this product I hadn't actually tried any of Lush facial products, mainly because I usually stick to my normally Vichy, Simple or Nivea skin care products. However that day I was in the Lush shop, I must have been feeling adventurous to take the plunge and purchase this Ocean Salt Facial scrub.

My skin type is very indecisive at times depending on the weather and etc. So at times my skin is oily and other times it is very, very dry! Now I normally don't use Face scrub very often, as I also think they are going to be too rough or harsh on my skin.

However this is not the case with this Lush product. The texture is less hard, but more of a grainy texture. After using this product my skin felt so soft and smooth, I was quite surprised. My skin felt fresh and completely clean and at the same time was not dry at all!

The mixed turquoise and light blue, makes this product look as amazing as it smells! This product is made with organic limes, coarse sea salt and grapefruit infusion. The scent is so fresh and exotic, you feel like your being whisked away to an exotic beach on an island!

Price: At the minute this product is £7.25 for 120g and £13.25 for 250g

Lush Shooting Stars...

Christmas Time = LUSH TIME! I love receiving these Lush gift sets at Christmas as they usually contain items I have not yet tried yet! I almost cried at how cute this little Bobble gift set is, I actually think it's the cutest one I have seen around!

This Shooting Stars bobble gift set includes, A Gold Fun bar, Rock Star Soap, Star Light Star Bright Bath Melt and a Shoot for the Stars Bath Ballistic.

This is the Shoot for the Stars Bath Ballistic, which contain the fragrance of Honey I washed the Kids scent from Lush.

I was very excited to see this soap within this Lush set, as it is one of my favorite Lush soaps and I absolutely love the shape of this one too!

This Bath Melt is one I am very curious about and I cant't wait to try. It looks amazing, all sparkly and shimmery and I'm sure it will look even more amazing when introduced with water!

I have seen these Fun Bars every time I have been in Lush and I have been very interested in how exactly you use them! From what I can tell you can use them in a number of different way, on the body or on the hair and in the bath or in the shower. This item is also made with the scent of Honey I washed the Kids, and really does smell wonderful!

Lush Haul...

It has been quite a while since I have been in Lush, so I took full advantage while on a trip to Belfast the other day. Is it just me or who else would LOVE to work in Lush???

Usually I only purchase the Lush soaps and the bath ballistics, but I have been reading a lot of wonderful reviews about other lush products. I thought I would give this facial scrub a try and it smells very refreshing, so I can't wait to give this one a go!

I have tried this soap before, and it is actually one of my favorites, I also did a review if this soap a while ago here

After talking to one of the lovely employees in Lush about my need to find a great conditioner or hair mask, she kindly recommend this one for the treatment of dry hair. This hair mask does not smell the nicest, but if it works I really won't mind!

This bath ballistic is called Honey Bee and smells wonderfully sweet. Ian too excited to try this one and the other products in fact, so look out for a lot of reviews coming soon!!

Have you tried any amazing product from Lush Lately??
